These terms govern use of the MASAM website and the submission of quotation and service requests.

Quotation requests

Submitting a request through the website does not create a contract or final acceptance. Information and drawings are reviewed before a formal quotation is issued.

Scope of work

Fabrication, supply or installation scope, quantities, specifications, schedule and responsibility boundaries are defined in the approved quotation and its related documents.

Accuracy of information

The requester is responsible for the accuracy of project information, dimensions, specifications and submitted files. MASAM may request clarification or additional documents before quotation or execution.

Prices and schedules

Prices and schedules become binding only after the quotation is approved under its stated terms. They may change if quantities, specifications, location or scope change.

Uploaded files

Files must not contain unlawful or harmful content, and the requester must have the right to share them for project review.

Communication

Submitted contact details are used to respond to and follow up on the request. Information is processed under the website Privacy Policy.
